2024 Citywide Street Maintenance This project consists of maintenance work on portions of City streets located primarily north of Santa Paula Street, and from Palm Avenue east to 10th/Mill Street in addition to the repair of damaged curb and gutter, the replacement of uplifted or badly damaged sidewalk panels, as well as curb ramp upgrades to address mobility issues along these streets and other incidental and appurtenant work necesssary for the proper construction of the contemplated improvement.
