Sealed bid for Qualys vulnerability management enterprise public sector networking services. Bid due no later than 2:30 PM Tuesday, April 15, 2025. Bid opening will be via teleconference. The vendor must warrant that the goods/services conform to specifications, instructions, and samples, will be merchantable, of good material and workmanship, free from defects, and will be fit and sufficient for the purpose intended. All shipments are subject to inspection prior to acceptance. If the award exceeds $50,000, or involves a capital improvement project, it will require approval by the Shelby County Board of Commissioners. This procedure could delay an award for a period of 30 to 60 days, or more, after the bid opening date. If items require material safety data sheets, the successful bidder shall provide data sheets at the time of delivery. Firms located within the boundaries of Shelby County, Tennessee are required to have a current Shelby County business license. The vendor must provide its federal identification number. All bids shall be signed by an authorized officer or employee of the bidder. Prompt payment discounts will be considered. Prices will be considered as net if no cash discount is shown. The county reserves the right to accept any prompt payment discount offered by the successful bidder. Time of delivery may be a consideration in the award of this bid. All deliveries shall be F. O. B. inside or at the Shelby County department location specified in the bid. No additional charges for delivery shall be allowed. The vendor agrees to comply with the provisions of Title VI of the Civil Rights Act of **** and all other federal statutory laws which provide, in whole or in part, that no person on the grounds of handicap, age, race, color, sex, or national origin, shall be excluded from participation in, or be denied benefits of, or be otherwise subject to discrimination under any program or activity receiving federal financial assistance. The vendor agrees to comply with the provisions of Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of **** and all other federal statutory laws which provide, in whole or in part, that no employee on the grounds of age, race, color, sex or national origin, shall be discriminated against, harassed or retaliated against while opposing illegal harassment or discrimination in the workplace. The vendor agrees to comply with the provisions of Title II, which prohibits discrimination on the basis of disability by public entities. The vendor shall, upon request, show proof of such nondiscrimination, and shall post in conspicuous places available to all employees and applicants notices of nondiscrimination. The vendor agrees that all goods and materials delivered pursuant to this bid shall be free of any lien, claim or encumbrance. All bidders, by bidding, agree that an official of the purchasing department shall be allowed to inspect the bidders premises to verify its qualifications as a bidder. The successful bidder shall agree to audits by an official of the purchasing department or the county's internal audit department if, during the period of the contract or bid award, such an audit is deemed necessary. A contract will not be required. An award letter and purchase orders will be issued to the successful vendors. Shelby County government reserves the right to cancel this bid proposal for failure to provide goods/services as per the bid specifications. The United States Military Academy intends to issue a request for quote (RFQ) for howitzer yearbook collection digitization services. The contract will be a firm fixed price type. The procurement is set-aside for 100% small business concerns. The solicitation will be issued on or about March 6, 2025, and quotes are due on or about March 12, 2025. Interested contractors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) database.

This solicitation is a 100% Buy Indian set-aside RFQ for scanning and shredding services. The period of performance is from 04/01/2025 to 09/30/2025. Quotes are due 03/10/2025 10:00 a. m. CDT. Vendors must submit a completed price schedule (including out years), past history performance records, and, if applicable, descriptive literature showing how their product meets or exceeds the requirements. Evaluation will be based on best value, considering technical requirements and past performance more heavily than pricing. The evaluation criteria include pricing (calculated by multiplying total pounds to be shredded by price and price per box to scan by price), technical capabilities (including onsite cross-cut shredding and daily scanning logs), and past history performance (minimum 3 records).
