This solicitation is for catered meal services for 75 soldiers at Ft. Devens, MA from April 5th to 10th, 2025. It is a 100% set-aside for small businesses. Offerors must be registered in SAM. This notice announces the intent to issue a 5-year, indefinite delivery, indefinite quantity (IDIQ) contract for leadership development training. This is a request for quote for marine chemist services to be performed at the Norfolk Naval Shipyard in Portsmouth, Virginia. The quote must include prices for an initial visit and inspection for one space, additional inspections, toxicity tests, and related areas as requested, and hourly rates for work outside of stated shipyard hours. Two additional option years are also requested. Vendors must complete and sign the Request for Quote (****) and the attached Vendor Technicality Capability Statement (****).

This pre-solicitation notice seeks architect and/or engineering (A-E) design services for upgrading surgery air handlers at the Omaha VA Medical Center and replacing/upgrading air handlers at the Grand Island CBOC.
